Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I know if a tour fits my layover time?

Our platform provides detailed information on each tour, including the duration and the starting time. You can filter tours based on your layover to find the best options that fit your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Up to 24 Hours Before Scheduled Pickup:

    • Free Cancellation: No cancellation fee.

    • Travel Credit Option: Convert client booking into a travel coupon worth the full amount paid, valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.

  • Between 24 to 12 Hours Before Scheduled Pickup:

    • Partial Refund: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded, less any Payment Processing fees.

    • Travel Credit: Same terms as above but consider potential delays due to increased service demand.

  • Less Than 12 Hours Before Pickup:

    • No Refund or Credit: Due to the last-minute nature, 100% of the amount is retained by CrewVoyage. This policy reflects the high probability that we cannot resell your spot on such short notice.

How close to the tour time can I make a booking?

You can book a tour up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time subject to transportation availability on that day. Booking must be made through our official website www.crewvoyage.net.

What are the fees for changing my booking?

  • Up to 12 hours before pickup: No fee.

  • Less than 12 hours but more than 2 hours before pickup: A 25% fee of the total tour price.

  • Within 2 hours of pickup: A $25 fee and 50% feel will apply, subject to availability. Late changes are not guaranteed.

Can I change my tour at the last minute?

There's no guarantee that last-minute changes can be accommodated.

Is there any grace period if I'm running late for my tour pickup?

Yes, there is a 10-minutes grace period after the scheduled pickup time. After this, you might be considered a no-show.
